I'm currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a well-known organisation in Yorkshire on an initial 3-month contract, with a view to further extension.
The successful applicant will be focusing on Business Process Mapping as part of a broader programme aimed at continuous improvement within the organisation.
As mentioned, this is a Hybrid position - 2-3 days per week onsite will be required (location in Yorkshire can be revealed in further discussions).
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive business process mapping to document current workflows and identify areas for improvement. Engage with stakeholders across various levels to gather requirements and understand their needs. Develop clear, functional process maps that can be used to drive future improvements. Serve as a crucial link between the business and project teams, ensuring alignment and clarity. Provide a robust baseline that subsequent team members can build upon to drive and derive process enhancements. Requirements: Proven experience in business process mapping within a continuous improvement framework. Strong background in functional process mapping, particularly in customer-centric environments. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex processes in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and take ownership of business processes, ensuring they are well-documented and primed for future development.
