Your Role

Capgemini FS Transformation Practice is looking for a Business Analyst with Banking and Data background.

Key Responsibilities Support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities. Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements that require change within the organization. Develop business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations. Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions. Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Consult with product stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Work with Product Managers to evaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for development and define completion criteria for each feature. Lead robust, fast inceptions (identify scope, value, solution) and own prioritized actionable backlogs. Manage scope and drive trade-off decisions in conjunction with internal/external stakeholders while balancing business requirements with technical requirements. Elicit, capture, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other technical documentation. Work with the development team to provide walkthroughs, resolve queries, and communicate details in a timely manner. Attend stand-ups, grooming meetings, estimation meetings, retrospectives, and other key meetings for the scrum team. Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost, or other product variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships. Knowledge of Agile tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Agile methodology.
