DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure insurance systems to meet specific customer needs. Provide training, testing, and implementation support during system rollouts. Identify and document system enhancements to improve functionality. Ensure adherence to established project delivery methodologies and processes. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience in the insurance sector (e.g., insurer, MGA, broker, or insurance technology company). Familiarity with insurance systems and processes. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of XML. DevOps, SharePoint, and PowerBI experience is desirable. SALARY & BENEFITS:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to London.
