Business Analyst
with Product Owner skills to join our growing team. You'll take charge of collecting data, documenting requirements, and driving process improvements while acting as a product owner for specific features. Collaborating with teams across the business, you'll help deliver software solutions that provide real value to customers. What You'll Do: Act as a Product Owner. Lead discovery processes, uncover product improvement opportunities, and propose customer-focused solutions. Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage the strategic roadmap and liaise with internal and external partners. Prepare and review test procedures, reports, and user acceptance testing documentation. Analyse feedback on delivered features and iterate solutions to meet customer needs. Produce reports, dashboards, and data queries to support internal processes. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a BA or Product Owner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, SQL, MS Excel). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
