As a Finance Business Analyst, you’ll be the key link between finance stakeholders and tech teams. You’ll analyze finance processes, gather requirements, and help transition to a new cloud-based finance system (Oracle Cloud is likely). Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of finance workflows, experience with ERP systems, and a passion for optimizing processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with finance stakeholders to understand their needs, then translating these into requirements for technology teams.
- Leading process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Supporting the migration to a cloud-based finance system, including planning, testing, and deployment.
- Acting as the go-to contact for finance system queries and providing end-user support.
- Documenting processes, maintaining workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly those based in North America.
What We’re Looking For:
- Finance Knowledge: Strong foundation in finance and accounting processes, with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- ERP System Experience: Background in using systems like Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, or similar (Oracle preferred).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication: Proven ability to work across different departments, especially within an international team.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently and manage projects in a dynamic environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with commercial finance, ESG reporting, and Anaplan.
- Knowledge of EMEA finance regulations.
- Familiarity with API-based data integration.
