Business Analyst

to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting transformation and mid-sized projects, making a real impact on the business and its customers. About the Role As a Business Analyst, you’ll work across diverse business-driven projects, many with IT change components. You’ll play a critical role in shaping processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Analysing current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and user stories for system and process enhancements. Facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders to design future-state processes. Collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to implement solutions. Delivering high-quality documentation What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring value to the team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 5+ years’ experienceas a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance sector. Expertise in writing detailed requirements, user stories, and process documentation. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office tools Solid stakeholder management skills Knowledge of business and IT change projects, particularly those involving system migrations or product development. Why Join Us?
