The postholder will work closely with product owners to champion a culture of continuous improvement across networks and work with the business to understand their change needs and assess the impact of those changes on process, people, and systems. The postholder will identify opportunities and make recommendations for process re-engineering; and support relevant communication with stakeholders. The postholder will help to analyse existing documentation and data to help design and document changes to roles, processes, and systems to deliver an improved experience to St John employees, volunteers, supporters, and customers. Where there is a digital component, the postholder will be capable of breaking down changes into functional and nonfunctional requirements and support these through delivery with development teams. About You

You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C / 4), a minimum of 5, including Maths & English, demonstrable experience of performing successful business analysis across multiple projects and subject matter, have experience of successfully embedding within multiple areas in an organisation to understand their drivers and requirements, experience of working in structured project teams – operating under both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and have excellent stakeholder engagement and management. About the role

Maintain excellent relationships with business sponsors, acting alongside product owners as an initial point of contact for those considering a change of business process or services, etc. Undertake research and analysis to understand how St John or specific networks and areas within them work, considering the people, organisation, processes, information, data, and technology. Document current and proposed processes and support the identification of any operational business changes required to achieve a desired outcome. Assist network stakeholders in the creation of business cases, business change requests, and option papers. Attend key meetings to support discussions and provide rationale for changes as is required. Gain and maintain good knowledge and clear understanding of systems currently utilised by business areas, including a clear view of the full capabilities of these systems and how they are used. Identify and elaborate user and business needs to enable effective design, development, and testing of services and business change. Support Product Owners in making decisions related to prioritisation and minimum viable product by using analysis-led insights.
