We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Business Analyst specializing in the London Market Insurance industry. You will serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical personnel, conducting in-depth analyses of market dynamics, internal business goals, and client needs. Essential Job Functions:
Plan, design, and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities. Analyze and document clients' business requirements and processes. Create test scenarios and develop test plans for business applications. Assist in analyzing testing results throughout the project. Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements. Coordinate business analyst tasks on information technology projects. Participate in technical reviews and inspections. Assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks. Develop methods and procedures to identify whether current business goals meet organizational needs. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Moderate experience in business analysis. Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups. Experience with business processes and re-engineering. Knowledge of computer programming concepts. Other Qualifications:
Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. Knowledge of London Market systems and claims/premium submission processes. Experience with digital transformation projects. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Willingness to travel. Work Environment:
