Our CRM Team is at the heart of delivering technology solutions that support critical services. We manage and enhance our CRM systems, including Dynamics and CARE CRM, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of stakeholders from fundraising to caring services. Collaborating closely with the Data & Architecture and broader Technology teams, we work in a supportive, service-focused environment to make a real difference.
As a Business Analyst, you'll be pivotal in bridging business needs and technical solutions. Your expertise will ensure our CRM systems deliver impactful solutions that balance benefit, cost, and time to market. By partnering with stakeholders and technical teams, you'll translate requirements into effective system improvements, ultimately enabling our organization to better serve its beneficiaries.
Main responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements, always prioritizing customer needs. Identify, analyse, and propose innovative CRM solutions to address business challenges. Develop clear and actionable user stories and workflows to guide technical teams. Facilitate prioritization discussions, offering phased delivery options to optimize outcomes. Support system testing, user acceptance, and successful project delivery within a DevOps framework. Key Criteria:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., CARE CRM, Dynamics 365). Demonstrated ability to deliver in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Proficiency in documenting requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Degree-level education or equivalent experience. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or PRINCE2 (nice to have). Experience in user experience and report design or SQL (nice to have). Application & Interview Process
