I am currently working with a media-focused business, where I am working on expanding its operational and project management capabilities. In particular, I am looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support process optimisation and system improvements across the organisation.
The best-matched Business Analyst will have the following experience and abilities:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and business process models.
Knowledge of tools for business process modelling and data analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with media or publishing industries is a plus but not essential.
Hybrid working 2/3 days a week in the office, Kent-based.
Must have the right to work in the UK – No sponsorship available.
