Job Title: Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner - Telecoms
About the Role:
Currently partnered with a Global Telecommunications Consultancy who are Seeking a self-motivated Telecoms professional with operational experience to support a customer base. You'll work closely with the UK-based Transformation Director to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into technical solutions
Engage stakeholders to agree on design and acceptance criteria for project deliverables
Communicate complex solutions effectively through strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Manage change tickets and prioritize project releases with key stakeholders
Govern project delivery cycles and client projects
Requirements:
Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner with Telecoms experience in Digital Commerce, Orders, Payments, Mobile for Business, or Supply Chain
Technical expertise in Telecom back-end platforms and system architectures
Knowledge of customer acquisition, market analysis, business change, customer retention
Proven stakeholder management and business analysis skills
Ability to support roadmap and backlog creation
