Business Analyst

What Will You Be Doing?

In this exciting role, you'll: Lead Analysis for Key Initiatives : Align company objectives with stakeholder needs and propose actionable solutions. Solve Complex Challenges : Investigate issues, analyse challenges, and deliver insights that drive growth and improvement. Shape Strategic Decisions : Assess new initiatives, build business cases, and define quality business requirements. Collaborate Across Teams : Work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Leverage Data : Use analytics and tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms to track performance and recommend improvements. Showcase Your Findings : Deliver compelling presentations and visual reports to influence decision-making. This role offers variety and occasional travel, giving you the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business and build strong relationships.

What Are We Looking For?

We're keen to hear from you if you have:

Recognised Qualifications : A BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent certification. Proven Experience : Business Analysis expertise, particularly in cloud product transitions or data transformation projects. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI tools, and systems like Salesforce or other CRMs. Analytical Mindset : The ability to interpret complex data and present it effectively. Excellent Communication : Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Organisation and Drive : The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects efficiently. Knowledge of

Prince 2, Agile , or a

degree in Business Administration

would be a bonus, but not essential!
