Business Analyst (Product Owner / Digital / Data) Location: London - Hybrid Salary: £65,000 plus benefits We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Product Owner to join an industry-leading organisation that is going through a significant period of growth due to continued success! You'd be joining a Product-focused, digital transformation team that develops solutions to further enable the internal users of the organisation. You'd work closely with a Product Manager to manage requirements at all stages of the process, ensuring no delay in the development and implementation of your solutions! Key Responsibilities: Gather and manage requirements at all stages of the process and refinement. Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to analyse needs and deliver updates as needed. Create and manage user stories, change requests, designs, and gap analysis. Act as a bridge between the stakeholders and software team, facilitating communication where needed. Effectively manage and prioritise workloads and backlogs. Handle multiple concurrent requirements, planning, and prioritising. Serve as a Product SME, providing expert knowledge and training.
