We are actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst equipped in analysing and identifying business needs and improvements, to assist with driving efficiencies across internal processes and improving technology platforms and products. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting processes, design, and architecture, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be knowledgeable in business process improvement, software development life cycle methodologies, and experience in creating commercial business cases to understand the ROI of opportunities. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals Facilitate communication between business and technical teams Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials Who you are... 5+ years professional experience in a business analyst role Background knowledge in discipline areas such as requirements gathering process, design and architecture etc. Analytical skills and problem-solving skills Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical Attention to detail and effective organisation and time management skills Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills What's in it for you...
