We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting the UK through data-driven insights and solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our public sector clients and project teams to collect, analyse and interpret complex data sets, providing valuable insights that support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Leading and managing key client stakeholder engagements on a regular basis Helping clients to unpack complex problems using innovative business analysis tools Designing innovative solutions for complex client challenges Eliciting requirements, writing user journeys and developing use cases Accurately delivering high quality work to agreed timelines Taking the initiative and knowing how to jump straight in Managing competing demands and time sensitive tasks Supporting client engagements, including pitches and presentations Helping to support & grow the consulting workforce and team at Daintta Representing us and our core values: Transparent, fair and daring Skills/Knowledge

You are degree educated, preferably with 5+ years' industry experience You have experience of working in a Consultancy or large Systems Integrator You have recognised Business Analysis certifications You have led client delivery - and have worked across a range of client projects - including some in data intelligence, technology or security domains You are confident at stakeholder engagements including 1-2-1 interviews and leading workshops Your interpersonal skills are second to none and you can confidently communicate with C-suite executives You are an innovator and expert in business consulting You have UK security clearance at SC or above or are eligible and willing to go through clearance Location?

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London or Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
