Analyse the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Finance & Education). Identify how the business uses technology and what their goals are in line with identified requirements. Conduct As-Is/To-Be process mapping. Identify problems within the business relating through data modelling techniques and process flows. Streamline processes. Manage documentation effectively. Communicate with senior personnel within the organisation. Align internal and external stakeholders on the benefits of new technology or strategies/requirements/processes. Run workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding of processes involved. Desired Knowledge:
Finance systems and integration - tailored around the education sector. Marketing & admissions background. Year-on-Year management of enrolled children/existing pupils. Technology within education and use of VLEs. Change management expertise. The Client and the role is based in Milton Keynes and there will be some travel occasionally.
