£45,000 Peaple Talent have partnered with a well-established organisation to support with the hire of a Business Systems Analyst. The Role: The Business Systems Analyst will be key in facilitating integration and improving efficiency across their CRM system. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from end users and reporting findings back to technical teams to ensure that the system is used consistently and that its performance is maximised. The Candidate: Be comfortable gathering requirements from end-users and translating those back to the IT team Good knowledge of Microsoft stack, including M365 and/or Power Platform Background in PowerBI would be advantageous Able to create reports in CRM and report those back to senior stakeholders Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders Organised, proactive, and personable The Package: Salary up to £45,000 per annum Up to 10% matched pension 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Yearly pay review Wellbeing incentives Interested?
