In this pivotal role, you will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop effective IT solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your insights will directly influence the success of IT projects, making a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Analyze and improve current business processes through data-driven insights. Create clear and concise functional specifications and user stories for development teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders. Support development and testing processes, ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements. Participate in the deployment of solutions and assist in user training when necessary. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in IT consulting. Strong analytical skills combined with a strategic mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with requirements-gathering techniques and documentation processes. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Relevant educational background (degree in Business, IT or related field is preferred). Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
