As a Technical Business Analyst, you will join our technology teams and assist in client onboarding, change requests, and developing functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (small-medium scale). You will collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to review and refine technical requirements as well as actively participate in problem resolution; delivering priorities and escalating issues. We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the software development life cycle but also the right attitude, willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, the ability to take direction, and good communication with stakeholders. What you’ll do

With the support of the Business Analyst team, you will manage your own BA deliverables to the required time and quality. Support the delivery team's backlog. Ensure stories and requirements are complete and signed off prior to the start of each sprint. Produce and maintain quality documentation. Quickly gain an understanding of the value of change and be able to raise questions with senior members. Work with others to understand and document any risks and/or implications of changes. Understand the customer’s role in the solution and what impact the decisions made have on them. What experience you need

Experience in a similar role and understanding BA requirements. Experience in Microsoft or G-suite; Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs. Strong organisational skills with the ability to ensure clients' expectations are managed and to meet delivery deadlines. Strong collaborative style. Good experience communicating and negotiating with key stakeholders at varying levels. Knowledge/experience in an Agile, service-driven delivery and continuous improvement environment with knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC). What could set you apart

Active Cloud Certification strongly preferred; previous experience of working in a technical or IT environment. BCS Business Analysis certifications or similar. Knowledge/experience of Analysis methodologies such as MoSCoW or SWOT. Experience of Visio/Lucid chart. Working within the Debt and/or financial industry.
