Business Analyst/Product Owner , you will play a critical role in aligning business goals with technical solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define, prioritize, and deliver features that support the company’s circular economy mission. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring stakeholder requirements are detailed and prioritised effectively. This role involves collaboration across departments to translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions. The position is full-time, with core office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Key Responsibilities Own the product backlog for one or more teams, ensuring alignment with business needs. Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and product features. Prioritise features and tasks, working within agile methodologies like

Kanban . Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to support the company’s sustainability goals and circular economy vision. Serve as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical teams, ensuring clear communication and prioritisation. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve product outcomes. Requirements Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Agile Expertise : Strong knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. Communication Skills : Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decisions. A passion for sustainability and an understanding of circular economy principles. Commitment to continuous learning and personal development. Certified Professional Scrum Master (CPSO) or similar certification. Familiarity with Microservices Architectures. Knowledge of Cloud Computing, particularly AWS.
