The role will involve liaising with key stakeholders across various countries to ensure the successful delivery of this critical project. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in large-scale finance projects, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work internationally in a complex, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the global e-invoicing project for the finance and employee systems division. Collaborate with stakeholders from various regions and departments, including HR, Legal, and Finance, to ensure project requirements and solutions are aligned with business goals. Assist in the end-to-end delivery of the project, from gathering requirements to testing and ensuring the smooth rollout of the solution. Engage with country-specific teams to ensure the solution works across multiple jurisdictions and complies with local tax and regulatory requirements. Develop and refine processes to ensure the project’s alignment with BAU activities, taking the solution from development to full deployment. Support the creation of the POC (Proof of Concept). Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates on project progress. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during project execution. Support the overall coordination of the project to ensure timely and effective delivery. Requirements: Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on large-scale finance or systems projects. Strong understanding of finance systems, e-invoicing, and tax invoicing processes. Ability to engage and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders, including HR, Legal, and Finance teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience in capturing and documenting business processes and ensuring alignment with system requirements. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines. Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple countries would be advantageous. Successful candidate must be eligible for an SC Clearance due to the nature of the project.
