About The Candidate To be successful in your application, you will meet the skills, knowledge and experience for a Level One role (please see our candidate information pack, and the following role specific requirements: A natural problem solver, with a passion for delivering change. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships. A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment. Proven experience in project work, with the ability to develop test scripts and guide end-users through changes. Strong IT skills, including a proficiency in MS Office. A Project or Change Management qualification.
