A leading Investment Management firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join their London team and support a high-profile regulatory change initiative. Focused on sustainability financial disclosures, this role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, define business requirements, and deliver functional and technical solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and align business requirements with regulatory needs.
Document current and target state processes.
Perform process mapping, impact assessments, and gap analysis.
Collaborate with technology and solution architects.
Skillset and Requirements:
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within Investment Management or Investment Banking on large-scale regulatory change initiatives.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of delivering results in collaborative environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Bonus: Knowledge of ESG, Sustainability Disclosure, CSRD or ISSB.
