Company Introduction

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Life Sciences experience to join our client in the Pharmaceutical industry. The desired candidate MUST have experience working on projects involving GXP standards and processes.

Required Skills/Experience

Experience with meta-data management & cataloguing, data marketplace & data governance concepts. Experience with Collibra is preferable. Strong understanding of data concepts and platforms, e.g., data mesh, data fabric, data warehouse, Databricks, Azure data factory, BigQuery, knowledge graphs, data visualization. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements. Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and derive actionable insights. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of life sciences, including biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare processes. Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and GxP. Technical Proficiency: Experience with healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHRs, LIMS) and data analysis tools. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Competence in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying issues and developing effective solutions. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Documentation and Reporting: Proficiency in creating clear, detailed documentation and reports. Job Responsibilities/Objectives

Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis through interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders. Map and optimize healthcare processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and development, to design and implement effective solutions. Analyze data to uncover insights, track performance, and develop detailed reports and dashboards. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety. Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, supporting successful project execution. Develop and execute test protocols, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance.
