We are looking to add to our driven and forward-thinking Business Intelligence team. Our analysts provide day-to-day analytical support to our project delivery teams and new business development operations. The role will involve interfacing with Board Directors, internal employees, and senior key stakeholders within clients and suppliers and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career within procurement. Key Accountabilities

Maintain Procure4's online Project Management tool, tracking projects throughout from Scoping to Closure, ensuring close liaison with Project Managers & Category Leaders to accurately reflect Project performance across Finance, Time & Resource elements. Produce operational reporting documentation in advance of board meetings. Undertake data analysis for new business presentations and scoping exercises to meet the requirements of the Client Solutions Director/ Project Manager, liaising with Client finance teams where appropriate to extract data. Support Category Leaders in the analysis of category-specific data in order to formulate baseline positions, prepare tender documentation, tender analysis, and benefit calculations. Identify & pass on leading edge category, sector or supply chain developments to other team members to optimise Procure4's credibility. Knowledge, Experience, Skills

Procurement Analysis experience either in-house or within a consultancy. Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel & PowerPoint (advanced). Experience and skilled with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, IF functions (Macro would be desirable). Excellent presentation skills, displaying clarity and confidence. The ability to maintain a structured workload amidst changing deadlines and priorities. Excellent research skills, and the ability to draw simple statements from large amounts of information & data.
