Permanent Salary:

£45,000 to £50,000 Please note that unfortunately, our client is unable to offer sponsorship Our client is looking for a Business Analyst who is an experienced software professional able to confidently interpret and communicate customer requirements ensuring that our client's exceptional levels of software quality and deployments are met. Experience/Attributes:

3-5 years' experience as Business Analyst or similar Experience of gathering user requirements and developing user stories Knowledge of data modelling techniques The ability to turn complex concepts into simple language Experience of working with technical teams and facilitating client workshops Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail Understanding of the Agile methodology and experience of using JIRA/Trello is an advantage Desirable:

An understanding and comprehensive knowledge of the general insurance market is highly desirable The Role:

Act as a customer proxy for the development team during the development cycle of specific products and features Analyse the new requirements from our clients and translating into functional specifications for application developers Evolve user stories through development reviews Support the Product Manager in aligning core customer requirements with the published product roadmap Facilitate client workshops, identifying and clarifying requirements Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Work closely with Marketing and Operations to define and deliver go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits and target clients Contribute to marketing activity Refine demo process flows (which vary per audience) to highlight the product as its best Full job description is available on request.
