The Opportunity You will be a key stakeholder in supporting the Business Improvement Team, responsible for identifying opportunities, implementing performance improvement opportunities and measuring successful outcomes across 300 branches nationwide. You will be key in providing analysis and modelling to drive financial growth across the business. Responsibilities will include: Identify organisational challenges and opportunities through consultation with business representatives. Working on high-end governance, risk and compliance projects. Plan business analysis techniques required and assess the progress of analysis activities. Business Requirements, User Stories, Process Diagrams. Plan and produce quality communications that are clear, concise, and easy to consume, taking into account stakeholder preferences. Facilitate effective workshops, understanding stakeholders' work environment and their needs versus wants. Perform decision and gap analysis between solutions and the stakeholder needs. Produce user stories, story maps, processes, and data models. Assist with risks, issues, and project change management. Provide Peer Review feedback and support other Business Analysts. About You With strong skills gained in a large organisation, ideally you have partnered with operational teams to provide effective performance reporting and flow of financial data. Experience includes: Proven ability to influence all stakeholders at both operational and management level of a business, while managing deadlines across multiple projects. Mandatory advanced financial and business modelling skills, advanced excel skills are a must, along with Power BI highly regarded. Demonstrated experience of influencing management through analysis and modelling to drive financial improvement. Proven ability to constructively challenge the assumptions and thinking of management, employees and business partners at all levels of the organization. Support management at a branch level by providing supporting analysis of Key Value Drivers. CA or CPA qualified or currently studying towards.
