An experienced Business Analyst is now sought by a globally renowned specialist manufacturing and distribution Company based within their UK Operations. As the successful Business Analyst, you will work within a small, dedicated team taking responsibility for the following: Analysing, evaluating, and improving digital business processes flows Continuous improvement of user experience Working closely with Project Managers, third party Developers, Designers, and End-Users Identify opportunities for digital transformation and streamline workflows MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED for this Business Analyst role: Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst Proven commercial experience of working within Digital Transformation programmes Experience / knowledge of Salesforce – CRM / Sales and Service Cloud Proven knowledge of digital technologies, such as: Web and Mobile Applications Content Management Systems (CMS) CRM Solutions E-commerce systems Analytics tools This is a hybrid role and will require weekly presence on-site in Milton Keynes. The role offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus generous flexible benefits and Company Car.
