Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions that drive value. The role demands strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and research. Develop clear and concise business cases and process documentation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Support the development and execution of test plans to validate solutions. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigations. Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience (2+ years) in a business analysis role. Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques. Proficiency in process modeling and workflow analysis (e.g., BPMN, UML). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. Nice-to-Haves:

Certifications such as IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, or BCS Diploma in Business Analysis. Experience in cloud technologies, digital transformation, or AI-driven solutions. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO). Familiarity with software development practices and lifecycle. What We Offer:
