Exciting opportunity to join a local, fast growth, Shared Service Centre operating for a Global Japanese trading company. We are an innovative business of around 80 people with a growing reputation for technical innovation and digital transformation. In this critical role, you’ll be the bridge between our business goals, stakeholders, and product delivery. As a key player in our Tech and Innovation team, you’ll help prioritize, guide, and drive projects that make a real difference. Note:

Hybrid Role (3 days in the office, not remote) - Office in South Woodham Ferrers - Essex What will I do:

Duties may include but are not limited to: Defining Priorities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and refine the project backlog, ensuring the most valuable work is always at the forefront. Bringing Teams Together:

Work closely with developers, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans. Removing Roadblocks:

Identify and resolve challenges that could slow progress, ensuring timely project delivery. Championing the User Experience:

Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that every solution delivers a seamless, high-quality experience. Monitoring Performance:

Track product and team performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Launching with Impact:

Lead the planning and execution of product rollouts, driving adoption and gathering feedback for future enhancements. Fostering Innovation:

Encourage experimentation and creativity to keep our processes and solutions ahead of emerging trends. What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of office-based experience, ideally in a technology-driven or innovation-focused environment. Proven experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and delivering results. Knowledge of product management practices and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights for improvement. ITIL4 certification is desirable but not essential. What we offer:
