Our Global Management consultancy client has recently won a project in the London City Central area. They are seeking a Business Analyst for the Triggers deliverables aligned to the CDD Project. 3 years plus experience is required for this role. Must be available to start immediately. The hybrid model followed with 2-3 days per week working on site.
Skills for this role:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding and identifying suitable options to resolve complex issues.
Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to simply convey complex concepts and solutions to stakeholders and internal project teams.
Strong project management skills, including planning, risk identification and stakeholder management.
Regulatory compliance knowledge, to ensure proposed designs adhere to regulation.
Strong technical skills in relation to CDD technology, data and processes.
Must haves:
Experience working within the Financial Services Industry, and working within a Financial Crime Transformation environment and/or Regulatory Change project.
Experience conducting Business Analysis/Business Change (e.g. owning tasks according to project plans, liaising with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams, drafting and presenting design papers).
Understanding of core CDD, AML processes and supporting technology.
Nice to have:
Experience working in Triggers and/or Event Driven Review space.
Experience drafting functional and technical requirements (e.g. Jira user stories).
Experience developing FC solution design artefacts.
