Job Description:
Detailed requirements and validation criteria for application form migration from word docs to online system. Detailed process maps of end-to-end application process, as-is and to-be. Working with VS Developer and QA teams to develop test criteria and scripts. Working with VS PM and process owner to produce training materials. Essential Criteria:
Comprehensive experience of business analysis and design procedures and project management and planning skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the precise nature of customer issues. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Extensive experience gathering requirements with project customers and stakeholders. Strong and extensive experience producing thorough and detailed requirements specifications. Excellent knowledge and understanding of data collection approaches, analysis, and techniques. Strong and extensive experience of working with functional and technical specifications.
