Salary:

£30-£35K (dependant on skills and experience).

Benefits:

Annual non-contractual bonus from day one of employment. This role is primarily office based, Monday to Friday working a shift pattern between 8am and 5pm. Periodic out of hours support can be expected. Living within a commutable distance to WPA.

The role

The purpose of the IT Analysis Team is to turn strategic vision into business value – by taking ideas, analysing them, and then managing the development of functionality - to allow WPA to offer excellent levels of customer service. Working across the business with multi-functional project teams ensuring prioritised areas for enhancement perform accurately and effectively, using pre-production environments appropriately to maintain the integrity of WPA’s live systems and business operations.

As a Business Analyst your role would be to provide the business with support for WPA’s bespoke systems. Providing problem solving advice, implementing system changes, resolving defects and promoting systematic automation, whenever possible.

What are we looking for? Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrable exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritise own workloads. Sound judgement and proactive problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude focused on improving systems that meet both business & strategic requirements. Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport and relationships across WPA. Stakeholder engagement/management skills, with good written, verbal and presenting skills. Understanding and experience of Agile/SDLC methodologies and delivering IT projects. A qualification in Business Analysis International Diploma or equivalent experience/qualifications.
