Bristol Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading services business who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner to join the team. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to ensure successful product delivery. The Role: Manage the product backlog to reflect business and technical priorities Gather requirements from workshops and client interactions Participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Work with the Tech Lead to design solutions aligning with the product vision The Candidate: 5 years relevant experience, with proven success delivering change Experience with Jira, Visio, Confluence Work well in a team to collaborate and problem-solve The Package: Base salary: up to £55,000 Profit share 30 days annual leave (incl bank holidays) Life assurance Interested?
