Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst: - Reviewing current processes around customer data/journey ensuring they are efficient and streamlined - Analysing each customer product, identifying pain points and process mapping changes - Review current operating model to understand what changes been to be made, who the changes will affect - Automation of internal processes to ensure efficiencies - Full process reengineering
Key Skills for the Business Analyst: - Experienced process change/customer journey Business Analyst - Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal - Strong stakeholder management at all levels - LeanSixSigma - Preferred
