WFM Dayforce Business Analyst
£400-425/day outside IR35
Mainly remote, with occasional on-site visits near Manchester

Overview:
Join the discovery phase of a new Workforce Management (WFM) implementation with Dayforce. You’ll play a key role in gathering business requirements, analyzing current processes, and ensuring Dayforce meets operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs.
- Process Analysis: Identify gaps between current processes and Dayforce capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business teams and ensure accurate requirement capture.
- Documentation: Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
- Testing: Support solution testing to ensure it meets requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in WFM, particularly with Dayforce.
