to join their team in Woking, Surrey. along the way. In this pivotal role, you’ll work in a fast-paced project environment, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of business improvements. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, including Service Management, Project Lifecycle Management, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Assist in developing business cases for proposed changes and projects. Provide expertise in business process design, recommend and lead the implementation of system and process improvements. Oversee testing, implementation, and user training for new systems and processes, ensuring successful system and user acceptance testing. Build a broad understanding of the company’s processes, applications, and data flows, while developing deep expertise in your assigned portfolio. Technical Business Analyst

with a strong background in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and presenting to senior leaders globally. You’ll ideally bring: 3-5 years experience

in Business Analysis across both Waterfall and Agile project environments. A demonstrable track record of successfully applying business analysis techniques and tools. Experience working with third-party software providers to deliver system changes. Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
