Business Analyst Our Role As a Business Analyst, you will understand the business needs, capturing, analysing, process mapping including documenting the requirements and ensuring delivery of the requirements to the relevant stakeholders via Agile Delivery. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities will include: Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with the business to collect and evaluate business requirements, understanding the needs and objectives of the business and working within a project team to ensure that these are delivered. Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analysing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities within the business and communicating these in a concise manner to ensure business buy in. Process Improvement: Document, model and analyse business and system processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness and to highlight gaps within the organisation, often ensuring that these align with project requirements and delivery. Stakeholder Management: Communicate and collaborate with key business stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that we understand business needs and have the relationships required to support the organisation. Often assisting users through the change process and being an SME and point of contact for queries from the business often with support from the IT helpdesk. Solution Implementation and Testing: Be a key point of contact with development and QA teams as well as business stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner and business requirements are understood by all parties. This includes assisting the training team with the rollout of projects. Documentation: Creation of user stories and specifications to ensure that the development and QA team have clearly documented requirements. This also includes creation and management of the correct project documentation.
