The role As a Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the UK Claims Operations team, responsible for driving change, continuous improvement, and ensuring the smooth running of the function day to day. You will support projects, teams, and departments in delivering their strategic and continuous improvement programmes, working independently on smaller projects and as part of a team on larger projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy, quality, and relevance of your analysis and recommendations. You will report to the Head of Claims Operations and may also work with Project/Programme Managers or other senior stakeholders.

Our must haves Ability to research, analyze, document, and present findings clearly. Work with stakeholders to produce clear business cases. Evidence of applying influencing, persuasion, and consultancy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Results-driven with the determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Track record of reliability and overcoming obstacles. Ability to constructively challenge peers and managers. Relevant qualifications in process improvement (e.g., BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or Prince2). Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks. Our nice to haves

Knowledge of key data analysis skills, including building Power BI dashboards. Experience in the insurance industry, particularly within claims.
