Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity

We're currently hiring multiple experienced Business Analysts to join our Product Squads aligned to our Motor Finance business. You'll work within a multi-disciplinary squad, collaborating closely with Project Managers, System Analysts, Test Analysts, and other team members to deliver impactful change.

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, you will gather, analyse, and document requirements to enable the successful delivery of change initiatives. Through effective collaboration and clear communication, you ensure that business objectives are met with practical and efficient solutions.

What will your day look like?

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Partner with System Analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements, and with Test Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and complete Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other methods to elicit and validate requirements. Act as a conduit between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical language into understandable terms Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders Analyse potential solutions and provide recommendations based on alignment with business needs, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility

What do we expect from you? Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology change through agile practices A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and shifting priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Collaborative mindset, fostering trust and cooperation across teams and stakeholders. Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering value. Flexibility, clear communication, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role. Experience delivering technical change within a regulated environment would be desirable
