Key Responsibilities: Teach and deliver A Level Business and Economics, ensuring learners meet success targets. Monitor learner progress, attendance, and achievement, providing tailored support. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance. Develop innovative teaching resources, including e-resources, and incorporate new technologies. Participate in curriculum meetings, quality improvement activities, and promotional events. Conduct student interviews and support recruitment initiatives. Additional Responsibilities: Uphold college values and commit to safeguarding and promoting student welfare. Engage in professional development to enhance teaching quality. Support enrolment activities and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive learner experience.
