About the Role: Tradewind are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business and IT Teacher to join their dynamic team in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or a newly qualified educator to make a real difference in students' lives by delivering engaging and inspiring lessons in Business Studies and IT.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities. Teach Business Studies and IT across KS3 and KS4 (potentially KS5, depending on experience). Assess, record, and report on students' progress and achievements. Contribute to the development of the Business and IT curriculum. Support the school's ethos and values by fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
What We're Looking For: A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and IT. A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a teaching role (preferred but not essential for newly qualified teachers). Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students. A proactive, positive, and professional approach to teaching.
