Business Application Support Specialist

to join a well-established organisation. This role involves supporting the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of core business applications while providing technical support and training to users at all levels. If you have a passion for IT, strong problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Assist with testing and implementation of software across the organisation. Manage day-to-day system operations, including master data updates and user support. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating to third parties where necessary. Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of applications. Contribute to network security and ensure compliance with IT best practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency. About You Required Skills and Experience : Experience in a similar IT Supporting role. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and BI tools. Ability to manage and troubleshoot hardware, networks, and applications. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide training to users at all levels. A valid UK driving license and business insurance on your vehicle. Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in IT, ITIL Processes, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Personal Attributes : Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-focused. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
