The Work You'll Do:

The Business Application Administrator/Developer (Salesforce) is responsible for providing quality and professional system support to Sovos employees using internal tools and applications. The role will work as part of the Business Applications team. This individual will work closely with various departments to implement new improvements, features, functionalities, and processes within the company. An ideal candidate would be comfortable translating business needs into solutions.

More specifically you will:

Perform routine Salesforce administrative tasks.

Serve as a key support resource for a large and growing user base.

Configure, develop, and support the Salesforce org in line with best practices.

Design and implement Salesforce solutions and automate business processes and tasks to improve efficiency and productivity using Salesforce tools.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems and new products.

Work with cross-functional teams to recommend and deliver technological solutions aligned with business requirements.

Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery.

Proactively suggest improvements to system configuration, tools, and processes.

Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.

Manage tasks within schedules and deadlines, adhering to agreed business priorities.

Proven experience in Salesforce administration, supporting a large user base.

Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.

Ability to automate processes and manage system integrations effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Passion for technology with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
