Key Responsibilities: Take the lead in evaluating and refining business processes by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and PowerApps / Modern Workplace. Utilize AI technology to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and predict trends, positioning our SME clients for unparalleled success. Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical, technology-driven solutions. Drive the customization and implementation of Business Central and Modern Workplace to meet unique business demands and comply with industry benchmarks. Deliver extensive training on new technologies and systems to ensure users are well-equipped and empowered. Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and assessing emerging trends in AI and business technology, evaluating their relevance to our strategic goals. Encourage a collaborative environment between IT and development teams, promoting a cohesive strategy for business solution integration. Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed on schedule and within budget parameters. Produce detailed reports highlighting project progress, outcomes, and the business value of implemented solutions. Your Toolkit: Proven background in business analysis and/or consultancy, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Modern Workplace. A genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies and their application in the business context. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Outstanding communication abilities, capable of leading and engaging effectively with diverse team compositions. An adaptable and innovative mindset, ready to navigate the dynamic terrain of business technology. Experience within the SME sector is highly advantageous.
