If you have BC support experience, this is a fully remote support role joining an expanding team at a great MS Gold partner. The current team consists of:
2 BC Implementation Consultants
1 BC Support Consultant
1 ERP Support Consultant cross-training from another product.
The support consultant is starting to do little projects and working in consultancy, and by January will be working as a consultant, so this is to backfill that role.
You will be joining an experienced team, with 15 existing BC clients and 8 new clients waiting to be implemented. It is nicely busy, but you have the ability to do a really good job on every call.
This role is fully remote with 1 day every 6 months in the office.
