Your new role This role is available due to the expansion of the Business Change team, working to deliver a variety of strategic, regulatory, digital IT, and continuous improvement projects. This is a varied role supporting projects of different sizes and lifecycles by helping stakeholders, particularly in the operations teams, articulate their requirements and turning this into action with the project delivery team. You will be responsible for business, process, and data analysis to develop business models and solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, and PMO methodologies. This will include user acceptance testing, managing pipelines through DevOps, and analysing and reporting on data to highlight areas for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed Proven knowledge and experience of process improvement methods and techniques Ability to analyse and present complex ideas and data to resolve complex problems Ability to process and conduct root cause analysis Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience of working within a regulated environment Experience with Power BI and data analysis/visualisation are desirable Experience with DevOps Methodology is also desirable
