Essential Requirements Certifications:
Hold a recognised business change certification such as PROSCI, APMG Change Management, or equivalent. Experience:
At least 3 years of experience working for a key supplier within West. Expertise:
Proven track record in delivering business change initiatives across organisational, digital, or technical projects. Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
