We require a Business Change Lead with proven experience in managing change initiatives within large organizations. You should have strong experience in complex environments characterized by high levels of ambiguity and a track record of successfully implementing business change, especially in embedding and driving culture and behaviors. Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking are essential, along with excellent communication skills. You must be adept at liaising with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes effectively. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with PROSCI or ADKAR methodologies is preferred. As our Business Change Lead, you will manage and deliver large-scale strategic change initiatives, helping to drive technological advancements within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. You will lead impact assessments and act as a support and conduit among Business Change, Programme Managers, IT, and Business. Your role will involve leading colleagues through change processes, managing small-change projects, and ensuring the seamless integration of new systems and processes. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver communications, engagement activities, and strategies while managing stakeholders at all levels. We are a large-scale organization based in the West Yorkshire area, operating within the Energy & Natural Resources industry. Our dedicated workforce is committed to delivering the highest standards of service to our extensive customer base. We offer an estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per year, a generous bonus scheme, an excellent pension scheme, life assurance, 33 days of leave including bank holidays, and a health cash plan scheme which includes critical illness and dental insurance.
