You should have strong experience in complex environments characterized by high levels of ambiguity and a track record of successfully implementing business change, especially in embedding and driving culture and behaviors. Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking are essential, along with excellent communication skills. You must be adept at liaising with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes effectively. Furthermore, you should possess the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with PROSCI or ADKAR methodologies is preferred.
