An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Princess Alexandra Hospital as a Business Change Manager working within the Clinical Support Services Division. This role is an opportunity to become part of a team of Business Change Managers that are embedded within the trusts clinical divisions supporting the delivery of the Trust’s strategic goals outlined in PAHT2030, including a new hospital for Harlow and our wider communities.

You will work with the Clinical Support Services Division on all aspects of business management including the production and delivery of business plans and key business and financial projects. The post will be central to implementing the vision of the Trust and supporting specialities with delivering their clinical strategies. The post will contribute to the development of the overall strategic direction of services with a particular focus on pathway development, Quality Improvement Programs, data analysis and clinical effectiveness.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop’s Stortford, and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping.

We employ 3,500 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire, centred on the M11 corridor and the towns of Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and Epping. Our extended catchment area incorporates a population of up to 500,000 and includes the areas of Hoddesdon, Cheshunt and Broxbourne in Hertfordshire.
